Transport: Transportation to and from the camp is not included.
When you arrive at our camp, we’ll welcome you and provide winter clothing and boots if needed.
Once everyone is ready, we’ll visit the dog yard and introduce you to some of our friendly Alaskan huskies.
You’ll have the chance to watch the dogs run freely in their fenced play area, cuddle them, and spend some time getting to know them before the adventure begins.
You’ll then learn how to drive your own team of Alaskan huskies along our scenic trails. Two guests share each sled, and only adults may drive.
We stop halfway to switch drivers and give you time to take photos of the beautiful winter surroundings.
Back at the camp, you’ll once again be able to enjoy time with the dogs before we gather around the campfire in our traditional grillhytte.
Relax by the fire, enjoy a homemade lefse and homemade Norwegian saft, while we share stories about our dogs and life with a husky team.
